Submission Guidelines

John Smith is a ___ year student who has been writing for __ years. (Preferred pronouns) takes inspiration from ____.
But feel free to include whatever information is important to you.
We do our best to check references and corroborate the accuracy and originality of all accepted submissions, but that responsibility ultimately falls upon our contributors, who are solely responsible for their work. We ask that you refrain from submitting AI generated or plagiarized works. Your work will be flagged and all submissions, whether AI or original, will be removed and will not be published.

- You may submit as many as ten (10) files across all genres.
- Each work should be a separate file. The file names for each work should be the title of the work.
- Each individual submission must not exceed 10 pages or 5,000 words.
- The Quatrain only accepts electronic submissions formatted as a .pdf, .docx, .jpg, .png, etc.
- Only previously unpublished work will be considered. If we display your work and it is subsequently accepted by another journal, we ask that you notify us.
- Your bio must be written in the third person.
- You must submit your work under your Louisiana Tech email address.
- You must be an active student, undergraduate or graduate.
